Lynn B. Smiley graduated from Goldey-Beacom College in 1989 with a degree in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant with the state of Pennsylvania in 2009.
Ms. Smiley is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants .
Lynn has served on the Board of Directors at The United Methodist Children's Center as well as The Good Will Fire Company.
Lynn enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, reading, beach time, biking and spending time with her children and fur babies.
Erica Dempsey has been a great addition to our company.
Erica loves spending time with her children and family and all her farm animals consisting of cows, chickens, pigs and dogs. She has a passion for coaching youth cheerleading and loves to give back to her community.
Alfred J. Baker graduated from Goldey-Beacom College in 1960 with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
He became a Certified Public Accountant
with the state of Pennsylvania in 1970.
Alfred is now retired and enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with
his family.
Mr. Alfred J. Baker started the original business and has been providing professional quality tax and accounting services to our clients for over 40 years. Alfred J. Baker, Inc. and Lynn B. Smiley CPA, Inc. were formed in 2003. A slight name change for the firm, but only improvements to our client focus as we continued to provide the same quality services for the past 12 years.
We serve a very diverse client base with our focus on personal income tax and small business accounting and tax needs. Our client base is made up of many different types of businesses including: retail, industrial, real estate, legal, and corporate clients. We are happy to be working with several second and third generations of our clients.
Our new office is conveniently located near West Chester borough with unlimited free parking as well as a ramp making us handicap accessible. The ramp is long and starts at the opposite end of the building. We do have a wheelchair if it is too long for you to walk, we would be happy to come get you.
